Individual Therapy

Individual therapy allows you a space for deeply reflective and personal work; a space to explore your lived experiences, process your feelings, gain new insight, and learn new skills so you can finally start feeling better.

Beyond this, therapy is space where a unique connection forms between therapist and client—one of trust, honesty, and vulnerability. In many cases, this allows for a reparative relationship to unfold. A space where you, as the client, can experience being seen, understood, and deeply attuned to.

Couples Therapy

You or your partner may be feeling frustrated, hurt, betrayed, or confused by something happening within your relationship. You may notice more frequent arguments or that you seem to have the same argument over and over again without lasting solutions. Though it’s painful to feel disconnected from your partner, it’s also expected that these kinds of issues will show up throughout the course of a relationship. Getting some extra help in couples therapy can not only help get things back on track, but in many cases, leave couples feeling more aware, connected, and resilient than before.

As a couple’s therapist, I help partners explore individual and shared challenges.

Collage Workshop: Exploring the Psyche through Image & Play

This workshop emphasizes creativity, intuition, curiosity, and non-judgement—a space free from pressure to make art that is “good” or even visually pleasing. Explore the collage process itself, as it mirrors our inner world: messy, unique, rich, nonlinear, and ever evolving.

By blending the visual arts with depth psychology, collage can be both a creative and therapeutic outlet and a space for introspection.
