who I work with
-

Individuals
Whether you are looking to process difficult feelings and experiences, facing a life transition, or looking to improve your relationships, I work with clients on their specific challenges, needs and goals. Individual therapy allows you a space for deeply reflective and personal work.
-

Couples
I work with couples of all gender identities and sexual orientations as they explore individual and shared challenges. By turning towards one another and taking the step to seek counseling, couples can foster greater connection, intimacy, and understanding.
how it works
-
Step 1
Reach out to schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation here. On the call, we will briefly discuss what issues you are facing and what prompted you to reach out. I’m happy to answer any questions you may have. When you’re ready, we can schedule a first intake session.
-
Step 2
We’ll meet for a first session where I’ll get to know more about you, your current challenges, background, goals, and other pertinent information to help us begin our work together. If we both feel it’s a good fit, we’ll schedule ongoing sessions.
-
Step 3
We’ll meet for 50-minute therapy sessions, where we build a genuine therapeutic relationship and explore the areas of your life that need tending to. I’ll integrate the approaches that will help you reach your goals, while creating space for exploration, in a safe, supportive environment.
my approach
My approach is highly integrative, relational, and depth-focused. This means that I collaborate with clients and tailor my approach to their specific needs and goals, taking into account one’s mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. I help my clients better understand their beliefs, patterns, and experiences—both conscious and unconscious— so that we can get things feeling better. I believe when we allow our full humanity to be known and held with compassion, meaningful shifts can occur.
I come to my work with openness, warmth, curiosity, and creativity, tending to each clients’ unique lived experience.
